Why Do People Come To Counselling?

There are many reasons clients may choose to see a counsellor. They may have identified specific issues or goals they wish to work on. Counselling may come in the form of support, guidance, information, or simply accessing the strengths the client already possesses. Counselling can also allow the client an opportunity to learn effective tools and strategies whilst in a confidential space.

At Mona Vale Ave Counselling we aim to empower our clients by creating an environment of collaboration, trust, focus, and passion, giving them the opportunity and skills to establish their goals and develop their dreams.
